Commercial Service Technician

Job Expectations:

• Perform routine maintenance on commercial buildings
• Repair and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems
• Experience utilizing hand tools and equipment for various tasks
• Inspect and ensure quality control standards are met
• Must have a clean driving record and valid drivers license
• Must have knowledge of trade work and be open to learning. 

Hours of work:

This is a night position. Start times vary from day to day and as time 
goes on you will be able to judge what you can do before stores close, 
then save the work that requires the stores to be closed for after hours.

Weekends are not mandatory but they do happen from time to time. In 
some cases our projects may start on a weekend due to our customers 
predetermined time frame.

On-call Responsibilities:

You will not be on call unless notied prior, we do get emergency calls 
from our customers that require us to respond within a 4 hour time 
frame and complete that task within 24 hours.

Work Environment: 

We work rain or shine. As long as your task can be done safely work 
can be performed. Depending on what task you have been given will 
determine whether you're inside or outside. Heavy lifting is a regular 
occurrence whether it's tools, materials or equipment for our 
customers. The use of power tools is very common place for this 
position.

Travel Requirements: 

Traveling is a big part of this position as you will be 
visiting sometimes several of our customers stores throughout your 
shift. Travel time will vary from job to job and day to day. You may also 
need to stay in a hotel that will be covered by the company if you are 
willing to work out of town.
