Stocks and rotates awaiting fulfillment area.- Follows Carnivore Snax formulas, diagrams, and SOP's to ensure consistency and quality standards are met. Complies with health codes, such as sanitation, temperatures, and accurate date rotations. Upholds safety and security procedures.- Assembles boxes for shipping and ingredients in prep areas.- Fulfills orders using shipping software ShipStation.- Performs preventative maintenance for machinery, equipment, and implements. Cleans equipment by disassembling and spraying with cleaning and sanitizing agents, and wiping base. Washes and sanitizes parts in the proper sink.- Cleans prep area by sweeping, mopping, spraying, wiping, and scrubbing. Empties drain screens, empty trash.- Counts product on hand, determines production needs, and documents production on the daily form. Fills out time and temperature record forms. Records products to be salvaged, damaged, or destroyed for manager audit.
