Job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Maintain and enhance the landscaping of our grounds, including mowing and trimming
- Ensure the grounds are safe, clean, and inviting for employees and visitors
- Collaborate with the maintenance team on special projects and events
- Perform seasonal tasks such as leaf removal, snow clearing, and de-icing walkways
- Ensure lawn care equipment (mowers, trimmers, and blowers) is properly maintained, cleaned and stored after use
Requirements:
- Must be able to lift/carry up to 100 pounds regularly
- Must be able to regularly use hands to finger, handle, or feel; stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk and hear.
- Must have a valid Ohio driver's license with no more than 5 points in the last 3 years, and no more than one at fault accident.
- Must be able to provide proof of auto insurance.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must be able to stay awake for the entire shift.
- High School Diploma or GED Preferred
- Three to six months related job experience or training necessary
- Must be able to add, subtract, divide and multiple in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to use Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and email.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.

PAY RATE + HOURS:
$17.75 / hour
7:30am - 4:00pm
Monday - Friday with some on-call responsibilities
