Our History

1898
Atlantic Window Cleaning Company and Atlantic Maintenance Corporation – a family business founded to provide window cleaning and manpower to the building maintenance industry – was the forerunner for the companies listed below.

1945
All State Cleaning Contractors was formed, incorporating window cleaning, janitorial and building maintenance services.

1984
All State Cleaning contractors was sold to Pritchard Industries.

1988
Planned Building Services, Inc was founded following the proud history of the predecessor companies in the contract manpower and building maintenance industry.

2002
Planned Security Services/Planned Lifestyle Services was incorporated to provide security, concierge and doormen services to residential and corporate communities.

2005
Planned Companies was created as the parent company– establishing a comprehensive real estate service provider.

2008
Planned Companies partnered with FirstService.

2009
Planned Companies acquired Clean Inc. in Washington DC Metro Area.

2015
Clean Inc. merges with Planned Building Services, Inc.
