Crusher Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary:

Work to be predominately performed at the Cheyenne, WY location.

DUTIES AND/OR RESPONSIBILITIES

· Responsible for maintenance and repairs of a significant nature on all crusher, wash plant and conveyor equipment to assure it is in safe working condition.

· Communicate and Coordinate maintenance and repairs of equipment with maintenance team and Crusher Production Supervisor.

· Safely operate equipment, standard and specialty tools, welders, hoists and other lifting devices, etc.

· Properly delegate maintenance and repairs on plant machinery and equipment.

· Read, interpret, analyze and apply information in technical manuals and schematics.

· Troubleshoot and problem solve issues with plant machinery and equipment.

· Lead maintenance personnel at Plant and work with other teams and management to meet goals.

· Communicate effectively (verbal, listening, written) and work with difficult people under high stress situations.

· Frequent contact and communication with others within and outside the company. Self-motivated, team-player with excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work independently or in a team setting; ability to maintain positive supervisory and customer relations and act courteous/respectful of others.

· Accurately complete required daily documentation.

· Ensure OSHA, DOT, MSHA, EPA, DNR, safety and environmental regulation compliance.

· Assure all safety policies and procedures are followed to prevent any and all unsafe actions, processes and behaviors observed.

· Need positive attitude and the ability to work well with others and follow directions.

· Ability to work flexible shifts, including overtime, possible nights and some Saturdays.

Minimum Qualifications:

Qualified applicants should have previous experience operating and performing maintenance on crushing or construction equipment.

· Must have a positive attitude and the ability to work well with others and follow directions.

· Strong knowledge of plant operations, and maintenance required. Must have good mechanical, troubleshooting skills.

· Welding / fabrication skills, equipment operation skills, general experience, and MSHA certifications preferred.

· Must have a valid driver's license.
