Plastic Extrusion Lead & Set Up Operator

We are currently seeking skilled professionals to join our team. This role involves the operation and maintenance of machinery used to produce plastic extruded products. This is a huge expansion, opportunity to get in on the ground floor. Steady, long term work, operations have recently been relocated to Tri Cities area.

• Set up, operate, or tend machines to extrude plastic.
• Set up, operate, or tend downstream equipment including but not limited to screw machines and drilling machines.
• Monitor machine settings and ensure products meet specified dimensions.
• Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on equipment.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols.
• Document production data and maintain accurate records.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in machine operation (extrusion) preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Basic mathematics skills and ability to use measuring instruments.
