Apple Valley Bicycles is looking for an experienced individual to join our service team. We are a fast-paced bike shop that offers a wide variety of services ranging from basic tune ups, complete tear down overhauls, suspension, custom builds, wheel building and so much more.

Responsibilities:
-Diagnose and write up customer repairs
-Service all types of bikes including E bikes and scooters -Understand customer needs and requirements
-Identify and generate a customers interest
-Enter customer work orders and upsell P&L
-Maintain knowledge related to products in store and industry wide
-Assembling bikes getting them properly adjusted and ready to sell

Requirements:
-1+ years of bike industry/bike shop experience and possess full knowledge of bicycle components
-Experience talking to customers on the phone/In-person
-Excellent communications skills, familiarity with different sales techniques
-Strong listening and presentation skills
-Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
-Computer-use competency
-Experience working with Lightspeed a plus
-Bilingual a plus

Schedule: Full time must be available to work weekends
