Our client, a leader in facility maintenance, is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Mechanic 3 to join their team. As a Mobile Maintenance Mechanic 3, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting various facility operations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Conduct inspections and repairs on property interiors and exteriors, including walls, flooring, and lighting.
• Maintain and repair plumbing components, including toilets, sinks, and water heaters.
• Complete special tasks such as painting, locksmith work, and general maintenance as assigned.
• Prioritize and manage work orders, ensuring compliance with safety procedures and regulations.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in maintenance.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, including MS Office and CMMS (Maximo).
• Experience in carpentry, electrical, and plumbing maintenance.
