Lawn Maintenance Worker

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong understanding of lawn care and landscaping practices. As a Lawn Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the beauty of our clients' properties through various lawn care services. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform lawn care services including mowing, edging, and trimming to ensure well-maintained landscapes.
• Utilize power tools and equipment effectively for tasks such as digging, building, and maintaining garden beds.
• Conduct tree care activities including pruning and removal as necessary.
• Assist in landscape design projects by implementing hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
• Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition to ensure safety and efficiency on the job.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.
• Monitor plant health and identify any issues related to pests or diseases.

Experience

• Previous experience in lawn care, landscaping, or related fields is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with using power tools and equipment essential for lawn maintenance.
• Knowledge of horticulture practices including plant identification, soil management, and pest control is a plus.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 -- 50 per week
