Heavy Equipment Mechanic

• First shift, starting at 10:00 a.m. Working 10-12 hours a day, 50- 60 hours a week. Monday Friday, occasional Saturdays.
• Pay Range: $20/hr. - 26/hr.
• Tool allowance of $150 per month towards your tool kit.
• On top of competitive wages, we offer excellent benefits, 401k match $1 per $1, and vacation.

Job Summary

Performing preventative maintenance , repairs on hydraulic and electrical systems , along with parts replacement and minor engine repair on our garbage trucks and heavy equipment.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• 3+ years of relevant work experience in diesel/heavy truck fleet maintenance.
• Heavy equipment operating experience.
• ASE Certified is a plus.
• Class A or B CDL is a plus.

The salary range for this position is $20/hr. 26/hr. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidates relevant experience, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
