About the Job

As a Journeyman Fireplace Installer, you will oversee the installation of manufactured gas and wood fireplaces, venting systems, wood and gas stoves, and gas log sets. Our projects are primarily in new construction, working alongside top builders in the Northwest Arkansas area, though some installations will take place in existing homes. While we do not handle masonry, brick, or stone installations, we offer these products for sale. All tools, equipment, and training necessary for the job will be provided by the company.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous Fireplace Installation experience is required
• Hearth industry certifications (NFI, CSIA) are a plus
• New construction HVAC Installation will be considered relevant experience
• Ability to supervise and install fireplaces, wood stoves, gas appliances and other Hearth products in both new and existing structures
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Ability to read, follow and communicate written instructions, manuals, and work orders
• Capable of working independently or leading a team on projects of varying sizes
• A strong work ethic with a commitment to providing excellent service
