Building Maintenance Supervisor

Join our team at US Merchant Services LLC as a Building Maintenance Supervisor in Kennesaw, GA 30152. We are looking for a skilled individual with expertise in various areas of maintenance and installation to oversee our building maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage a team of maintenance technicians to ensure all building systems are functioning properly.
2. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
3. Perform general maintenance tasks such as drywall repair, appliance repair, and basic carpentry.
4. Oversee HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure they are up to code.
5. Coordinate make-ready tasks for new tenants and property maintenance for existing tenants.
6. ·Responds quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed.
7. Handle pool maintenance, and refrigeration tasks as needed.
8. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Industrial maintenance experience
• Knowledge in HVAC systems
• Knowledge of electrical systems and repair
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance on various building systems
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Bilingual.preferable but not required
