INDUSTRIAL ELECTRICIAN

Position:

Higgins Electric has an immediate opportunity available for an Industrial Electrician.

Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems including motors, transformers, lighting, generators and other devices in compliance with electrical codes, standards and regulations
• Study plans, drawings, specifications, and work orders to determine work requirement and sequence of installation or repair
• Maintain electrical systems by conducting system tests using voltmeters, etc.
• Effectively work and build relationships with those of diverse backgrounds
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment by following standards and procedures

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum four years of experience in an industrial setting
• Trade or technical school certificate/diploma can be applied to experience requirements up to 2 years
• Current Driver’s license
