What You’ll Do:

Prepare & Package Products – Assemble bulk boxes, properly label packaging, and ensure items are packed securely for shipment.
Ensure Quality & Accuracy – Inspect products, remove defects, count and sequence finished screens, and maintain high-quality standards.
Work Efficiently & Safely – Operate hand tools and pallet jacks, transport prepared packages, and follow all safety protocols.
Stay Organized & Team-Oriented – Maintain clean workstations, keep tools in good condition, and cross-train to enhance productivity.

What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
2+ years of related experience (manufacturing experience in window/door production is a plus!)
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment
Good time management and adaptability to shifting priorities
Effective communication skills and ability to follow instructions
Willingness to travel and assist at other locations if needed

Physical Demands:

This role requires physical stamina and dexterity to successfully perform essential job duties. Employees must be able to:

• Stand for extended periods while performing repetitive tasks.
• Work at a steady and sometimes fast pace to meet production goals.
• Walk, reach, and handle materials throughout the facility.
• Lift and move up to 25 lbs. frequently, and up to 50 lbs. occasionally with assistance.
• Read and differentiate colors while reviewing operational and safety documents.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues, co-workers, and customers.
• Use manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination to assemble products and operate machinery.
